Hi, my name is Valerie Haynes and I'm disabled and my husband is disabled. We have 2 children a boy 15 and a girl 11. We recently applied for a home loan through USDA Rural Development and were approved. The problem is the payments are 600.00+ a month. We currently have a income of 2,300.00 dollars a month. Crafty I am disable and I have hard time walking and getting around and my huband work but time the taxes and house payment he bring home just enough money to get food onthe table.
